Objectives

  • Understand the importance of excellent customer service.
  • Greet potential customers in a pleasant manner.
  • Greet current customers in a pleasant manner and by name.
  • Continue to develop and improve necessary people skills.
  • Appropriately explain ,in detail, the terms and conditions for each account as well as the general terms and conditions for the bank.
  • Learn all necessary procedures of opening new accounts including Savings, Certificate of Deposit and Comet Classics.
  • Organize all necessary documentation so it is easily accessible as customers come into the bank.
  • Explain to customers the procedures for filling out the following:
    -Deposit slips
    -Withdrawal slips
    -Passbooks
    -Certificates of Deposits
    -Account sheets
    -Loan slips
  • Recognize situations and information that needs to be revised.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Handle “down-time” by showing the initiative to help in other departments.
  • Update all CD information and have it approved by Vice President of Finance.
  • Create balance sheet and income statement for Finance Department.
  • Look for improvements and minimize mistakes.
  • Properly fill out the following:
    -New account sheets
    -Ledger cards
    -Passbooks
  • Follow through with daily tasks including the end of the day check lists.
  • Help with lunch marketing when needed.
  • Print all Certificate of Deposits and keep them supplied in the files.
  • Create new folders for all new customers and properly file all information.
  • Keep all information on instant loans and notify students and/or parents with late notices.
